My Journey to Wellness
As a qualified critical care nurse, I was no stranger to stress and bad eating habits. The demands of my job left me mentally exhausted and perpetually tired. Despite taking multiple medications for pre-diabetes, osteoporosis, and asthma, and even relying on vitamins to feel better, nothing seemed to work.
One day, I decided to stop everything. I took a step back, researched why I felt this way, and started practicing what I had learned. The results were life-changing.
Today, I am no longer pre-diabetic, my bone scan shows a low risk for fractures, I am full of energy, and I no longer take any medication. My journey taught me the importance of understanding and addressing the root causes of health issues, and now I’m passionate about helping others do the same.
